Fireman Derek’s does not accept returns, grant refunds, or offer exchanges on any food items sold unless there has been a mistake in our manufacturing, packaging, or handling of the goods. Once a customer accepts delivery of any food item all sales are final. We reserve the exclusive right to provide store credit or discounts for future purchases at our sole discretion.

All of our deliveries are made by third-party companies, and we are not responsible for any mistakes, delays, or wrongdoing on the part of the delivery drivers or shipping companies. We are not able to offer refunds for those reasons, but will be happy to assist customers with filing complaints with the delivery or shipping companies.
